This fish recipe is a traditional Jamaican recipe called brown stew fish. This recipe could be used with any fish, but I would certainly recommend using something that stays together when fried. It is certainly not the hardest dish I have ever made and the results were very delicious.

My wife tried the recipe with some of the reef fish I had caught and it really makes a great meal. My wife says it is a low difficulty dish and everyone should be able to make it.
